That is why the assessment of quality of life at this historical stage is an integral part of the modern management of patients with HA. To date, the most studied in children with hemophilia, and the one that has found wide application in scientific and practical medicine, is the HaemoQoL questionnaire for assessing the quality of life. Given the lack of a Ukrainian version of this questionnaire and the fact that for its creation it is necessary to carry out a standardized validation procedure to national conditions, the implementation of this work involved validation in two main stages.
