The purpose of the work is a scientific and legal analysis of the corporate legislation of Ukraine and European countries and, on this basis, the development of scientifically based views, ideas, approaches to the issues of exercising and protecting the corporate rights of participants in corporate relations, as well as improving public and private law methods of exercising and protecting corporate rights. rights of business entities under martial law, taking into account the European integration processes taking place in Ukraine. Research methods - general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular dialectical, comparative legal and formal legal methods, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization.As a result of the conducted scientific research, a theoretical generalization was made, which consists in a comprehensive study of the problems of the methods of exercising and protecting corporate rights and a new solution to the scientific task was proposed. The system of corporate legislation of individual countries of the European Union on the implementation and protection of corporate rights has been defined and characterized, the peculiarities of legal regulation of the methods of their implementation and protection in these countries have been investigated. Conclusions and suggestions regarding the improvement of the mechanism of legal regulation of the methods of exercising and protecting corporate rights in Ukraine have been formed.
