The emphasis is placed on the contribution of Ukrainian art to the world treasury of art, in particular, on the basis of its stylistic features and iconographic systems that have been developed in Ukraine over several centuries. In total, the topic was published: 9 book publications (3 individual monographs, 1 abstract, 1 textbook, and 3 other book publications (total volume - 85.5 printed pages), as well as 13 chapters to 9 collective monographs (total volume 76.4 printed pages), three of which were published in English in foreign editions. Also, the results were published in 83 scientific articles (76.7 printed pages), of which 4 were published abroad in peer-reviewed journals; 21 - in other foreign journals; 19 - in professional publications of Ukraine and 39 - in other scientific publications. The research findings are of great importance for establishing the opinion of Ukrainian scientists in the world scientific community, for introducing Ukrainian art monuments into wide scientific circulation, and for returning the names of its talented creators to Ukraine. The results of the study will be useful for further scientific and educational projects. They can be used in the development of lecture courses on the history of Ukrainian and world art, the cultural studies. The new facts, phenomena, and names of the creators of Ukrainian art introduced into scientific circulation will become a good basis for further, more detailed research, will contribute to the development of Ukrainian art history and the wider interest of the world scientific community in the original manifestations of Ukrainian creative genius and original achievements of Ukrainians in the field of visual culture.
