The application of the cluster approach is a natural stage in the process of sustainable development of the agrarian sphere of the Ukrainian economy. It is no longer individual enterprises that compete on the market, but industry complexes that reduce their costs thanks to joint scientific and technological cooperation. As a result, the cluster form of cooperation makes it possible to: ensure the interaction of scientific and educational institutions, authorities, agrarian structures and their public organizations to obtain a synergistic effect; reduction of total costs and time for research and development of innovations with their subsequent commercialization due to the high efficiency of the production and technological structure; more effective use of the strengths of the infrastructural and scientific potential of the oblast (group of oblasts); implement potentially significant financial and innovative investment projects with the support of local authorities; mobilize various investment resources, accumulate them and transform them into productive capital. The implementation of the developed programs is aimed at creating scientific and technical products, the results of which are aimed at achieving the country's food security and new products (technologies) for the effective recovery of Ukraine at the current stage and in the post-war period.
