The effectiveness of periodic vegetative irrigation for additional compensation of evapotranspiration (ETc) and pulsed water supply has been demonstrated. The result is a change in the gravitational nature of the flow of water near the soil to a diffuse one, as a result of the waste of water on infiltration at the lower horizons of the soil profile. The theoretical basis for the division of a mathematical model for calculating the parameters of the subsoil drainage system for the pulse water supply mode has been established. It has been shown that the adaptation of the root system of agricultural crops to the abrasion regime is achieved by maintaining a given ultra-narrow range of moisture in the area surrounding the general root zone by supplying moisture with short pulses . By studying the patterns of the formation of soil fermentation zones under a pulsed water supply regime, it was established that the diffusion nature of the soils ensured optimal water protection for the growth and revitalization of soils. Organized and tested the results of research in growers on the basis of LLC "Agrofirm "Kyivska" and the Farming State "Agrotechlab", and itself: the mode of pulsed crop cultivation for the growth of potatoes (0,42 ha) and modes speckled crops of sheep crops (2,20 ha), the manuscript of the collective monograph “Methodological approaches and technical and technological aspects of the implementation of optimal regimes of climate change” has been prepared.
