A novel calcium-deficient HA/-TCP bone graft nanomaterial was developed using a two-step synthesis method with appropriate structural and chemical parameters for sinus lift applications. 2. It was established that new calcium-phosphate composite materials without the content of nanoparticles showed high biocompatibility in the culture of osteoblasts and mesenchymal stem cells. Degradation of TCP in this nanomaterial has been shown to promote thrombus formation, which supports cell aggregation and new bone growth. 3. In a clinical study that included eight cases, compact bone formation was observed 8 months after surgery, which allowed the successful placement of dental implants without any early postoperative complications. It was shown that the majority of bone trabeculae in the biopsies of the augmentation zones corresponded to the third stage of osteogenesis — bone remodeling with the replacement of coarse fibrous bone tissue by lamellar bone tissue. 4. The biocompatibility of composite materials that include copper and silver nanoparticles depends on their concentration. An increase in the concentration of silver to 10 mg/g of material showed the presence of toxicity on the 5th day of observation, which is associated with the intensive release of metal ions and their toxic effect on osteoblasts. At the same time, the toxic concentration of copper in the composite material is 1 mg/g of material. Practical significance of the obtained results. During the implementation of the project, data were obtained on changes in the structure and functional state of bone tissue, in particular, the features of remodeling, the accumulation of metals and their influence on the proliferative and metabolic activity of bone cells. Based on these data, recommendations for conducting clinical trials have been developed. Product Description popup.authors Husak Yevheniia V. Denysenko Anastasiia P. Kazban Nadiia V.
