The object of development is the PolyITAN-3-PUT university nanosatellite of CubeSat format and its functional and structural elements. The purpose of the work is an experimental study of the OES in vacuum and under the influence of sign-changing temperature, development of the production technology of the SB, creation of means of ensuring the thermal regime of the emergency system, testing of a flight sample of the DZZ OES. Development methods and a list of equipment - automated design was carried out using software applications: optical systems - "DIVISION", OES radiator - 3Shape ShapeDesigner, thermal model - ESATAN, gear transmission of the OES focusing system - GearDesigner; automated measurement of FEP performance – PASAN Tester, temperature measurement – RB IIS; mathematical apparatus of vector algebra of quaternions; equipment – vacuum meter VYT-2, heat flow sensor – FOA-020; auxiliary equipment: milling machine Maxim Popov 350, 3D printer Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K. Results and their novelty. A numerical model of the thermal state of the main systems of the NS has been created; the hardware and software complex of the optical-electronic system was implemented; a matching interface with the high-speed CS.S2.SR PUT radio channel has been developed; the novelty of the results is due to the combination of two incompatible requirements within the framework of one project - ensuring the given spatial distinction with small dimensions and a simplified design. Main indicators. The shooting speed of the OES is at least 1 frame/s, the resolution of the image at an altitude of 400 km is no worse than 34 m per pixel. Scope of application. The search for minerals, in the agricultural sector for crop planning, also the images can be used to monitor fires in natural areas.
