The conceptual basis of this research is the idea that, on the one hand, in conditions of significant anthropogenic load, which leads to the destruction of living conditions, there is a reduction in the number and fragmentation of the habitats of aboriginal species, on the other hand, there is an increase in the invasion of alien species. Changes in living conditions lead to a sharp increase in the level of hybridization processes, which also negatively affects the ability of populations to adapt. At the first stage, monitoring studies of groups of clonal hybrid polyproid fish Сobitis elongatoides-taenia-tanaitica were carried out regarding the effect of the genotoxic press. Using the example of the cytochrome b gene, the influence of the intensity factor of individual metabolism on the nature of the mutation process for species of birds and mammals of different sizes has been proven. It was established that the greatest deformations of historically formed communities of green frogs of the Pelophylax esculentus complex occur in the forest-steppe zone, and one of the decisive factors is interspecies hybridization, due to which lake frog populations absorb pond frog populations. The ecological niche of Echinococcus multilocularis in Ukraine was modeled, and the risks of helminth infection under the current climatic conditions and in connection with the mass displacement of people caused by the aggression of the Russian Federation were clarified. The obtained results will allow solving important specific problems related to the patterns of genetic invasions, the problem of preserving endangered species and their gene pools.
