Aim - to study the peculiarities of the world literary process, to determine the main aspects of the interaction of literatures, to analyze literary texts using the latest approaches, to develop an artistic and narrative typology of identity, to study aspects of artistic writing. Main objectives: to explore the meaning of identity and locus; to carry out a phenomenological and existential analysis of the structures of the life world and changes in horizons; to characterize different genre models of writing in the diachronic dimension and to determine the functional significance of writing models in the process of self-knowledge of an individual; to develop and test the conceptual apparatus of the relevant methodology of interdisciplinary research; to determine the historical vector of the dialogue between musical and confessional discourses, the place of confession in the episteme of novels; to develop methodological principles and approaches to the analysis of narrative representations of displacement in artistic discourse; to hold a number of conferences and publish fundamental research; to implement the results obtained in the educational process. General scientific, literary, typological, and phenomenological methods were used to achieve the goal and solve the tasks. The results of the work have been implemented in the educational process of KNLU faculties and PhD programs. The main theoretical developments are presented in articles in: journals indexed in Web of Science/Scopus - 10; foreign journals - 6; periodicals of Ukraine - 3; indexed in professional journals of Ukraine of category Б - 77 scientific monographs - 6. 6 dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philology were defended under the guidance of the R&D participants. 7 international scientific conferences and 1 scientific colloquium were held at the KNLU.
