The object of the study is the psychological support of the training process of athletes with disabilities. The purpose of the work is to develop a program of psychological support for the training process of athletes with disabilities based on the determination of the features of the psychophysiological and functional state of the body's leading systems. Research methods – analysis of scientific and methodological literature and materials of Internet sites according to the research direction; clinical, psychophysiological, functional research methods of nervous (psychological testing), respiratory and cardiovascular systems; methods of mathematical statistics. At the third stage of the NDR, based on the analysis of scientific literature, Internet resources, as well as the results of previous work experience on the subject of the department's NDR, the relevance of the chosen direction of work was confirmed. Based on the study of the peculiarities of the psycho-emotional and functional state of 20 athletes with disabilities, a program of psychophysiological support for the training process of this category of persons was developed.
