Biopreparations based on destructive microorganisms were used to clean contaminated soils and their effectiveness was studied in the appropriate soil and climatic conditions. The main biotechnological parameters of obtaining biopreparations were optimized for experimental tests of their effectiveness in innovative technologies of accelerated soil recovery. The range of cultures in a complex with microbial preparations, which are advisable to use at the initial and subsequent stages of recovery, has been determined. Results were obtained regarding the phytotoxic effect of the main soil fungi in the dynamics of the processes of accelerated restoration of soil fertility, and the danger of the restoration of populations of phytopathogenic fungi in phytocenoses was determined.
