The object of the study is the psychological support of the professional activity of pedagogical workers in the conditions of global changes. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate, experimentally verify and implement means of: supporting the psychological health of teaching staff of general secondary education institutions; improving the quality of the professional activity of pedagogic workers of ZZSO, including career guidance work with students in the conditions of European integration and the integration of career guidance into basic and high school. Research task: theoretical and methodological analysis of the research problem; generalization of scientific approaches to solving the problem of psychological support of the professional activity of pedagogical workers; an empirical study of the personal resource and features of the psychological health of teachers, social pedagogues, psychologists; identification of factors of the quality of professional activity of pedagogic workers of the ZZSO; development and approval of the system of psychological support of the professional activity of pedagogical workers. Research methods: theoretical - systemic-structural and logical-psychological analysis of literary sources, generalization, synthesis, systematization of scientific data on the researched problem; empirical - methods of analysis of the products of activity, observation, questionnaires, testing, surveys, conversations, interpretive methods, ascertaining and formative experiments for ascertainment, experimental verification and interpretation of the results of empirical research; mathematical - methods of mathematical data processing with the aim of obtaining statistical characteristics of the investigated features.
