The purpose of the work is scientific substantiation and development of recommendations for international business management under the conditions of Industry 5.0. Research methods – methods of content analysis and generalization to define the concept of sustainable development; comparison methods for distinguishing the differences between Industry 4.0 and 5.0 concepts; expert assessment for ranking companies in sustainable development ratings; case studies and sample research to develop a sustainability assessment. In the work, an anthology of the concepts of industry 4.0 and 5.0 was carried out, where their main characteristics and differences were determined. In particular, it is determined that Industry 4.0 is characterized by the use of information technologies to automate and optimize production processes, while Industry 5.0 involves the integration of people and technology to achieve maximum productivity. The concept of sustainable development and its role in modern business were also analyzed. It was determined that sustainable development is a combination of economic development, social justice and environmental sustainability, which ensures a balance between the needs of the present generation and the needs of future generations. The study developed methods for assessing the sustainable development of international business in the conditions of industry 4.0 and 5.0.
