Examples of specific implementations for the formation of such low-power and ultra-fast switching pulses are given. For fully optical, resonant, barrier-free switching of SAF, the power of the laser radiation pulse required for the operation of recording information was estimated, which turned out to be 10-100 times less than for the rotation of the magnetization of a separate ferromagnetic particle of a similar size. This circumstance should be attractive for use in magnetic memory elements. A method of calculating the constants of the interlayer exchange interaction of the magnetic layers of the SAF was developed, which is based on the determination of the tensor of the demagnetization coefficients of individual layers and the general effective tensor of demagnetization for the entire volume of the SAF. To expand the functional properties of SAF nanocells, new materials based on perovskite manganites were synthesized and their transport and thermomagnetic properties were investigated.
