The goal of the work is to test and refine numerical simulation algorithms of aerothermogasodynamic processes for the operational determination of aerodynamic, thermal, and dynamic loads on RSTO under different operating conditions. Research methods - computational methods of computational gas dynamics, hydraulics, and dynamics. Numerical simulation algorithms of thermogasodynamic and hydraulic processes, aerodynamic, thermal, and dynamic loads in RSTO systems, were tested and refined on issues such as: supersonic aerodynamics of a launch vehicle (LV) with an air intake, stabilizing and control devices, rotation of the body around its axis; hydraulic and thermogasodynamic processes in control jet engine systems with different thrust characteristics of LVs and spacecraft (SC); calculation of the influence of jet flows from control engines (CE) on gas dynamic parameters around SC and determination of aerodynamic loads from the combustion products of CE fuel on SC and its elements; dynamic loads on the LV march stages with active control systems on active segments of the flight trajectory, taking into account dynamic and aerodynamic disturbances. For each of the four research directions, numerical simulation algorithms were tested to solve problems that were selected and formulated in the previous work phase. The results obtained at the third stage of the work will be used in further research. Research on this topic is a development of work on topics carried out at the Institute of Technical Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the State Space Agency of Ukraine (ITM of the NASU and SSAU) in 2006-2020. The results of the work are expected to be used in the rocket and space industry.
