The goal of the work in 2023 is to develop methods for estimating the uncertainties of the internal dose after ingestion and inhalation intake, associated with the variability of the parameters of the human respiratory and alimentary systems. Research methods are information-analytical and dosimetric. Analysis of scientific publications on the modelling of radionuclide transport processes in the human alimentary and respiratory systems after ingestion and inhalation intake was carried out. Analysis of biokinetic models of the human alimentary and respiratory systems was carried out and the parameters whose variability has the most significant influence on the uncertainty of the internal doses after ingestion and inhalation intake were identified. Methods have been developed for estimating the uncertainties of the internal doses during ingestion and inhalation intake, which are associated with the variability of the parameters of models for the human alimentary and respiratory systems. Developments of this work were submitted to the Working Group of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) for the preparation of a report on the estimation of radiation doses in emergencies and military attacks.
