The subject of research is economic-mathematical methods and models in combination with modern information technologies, which allow monitoring and modeling of the state and stability of modern complex socio-economic systems in the conditions of globalization, and will also allow implementing effective methods of managing business structures. Research methods: methods of system analysis, methods of qualitative theory of differential equations and theory of stability of motion, methods of nonlinear dynamics, econophysical methods, numerical methods, methods of entropy analysis, methods of time series analysis, methods of modeling business processes, economic and mathematical methods, methods of fuzzy theory sets, methods of computer and simulation modeling, machine learning, neural networks, etc. Practical significance of the obtained results. The obtained informational and analytical results with conclusions and proposals related to the dynamics of the functioning of socio-economic systems and, in particular, the financial and cryptocurrency market, can be recommended for implementation in the activities of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, etc. Also, the obtained results can be a theoretical and methodological basis for the creation of an information-analytical system for monitoring the state and dynamics of the financial market.
