Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The aim of the work is further development of the fundamental principles of electromagnetic field theory and the formation of fields according to their electrodynamic characteristics. The development of numerical and analytical methods for solving electrodynamics border problems for the latest functional properties of radiating structures (not previously studied in the literature) is the purpose of the studies. The elements of electric and magnetic types located in coaxial and circular waveguides are studied using these methods. It opens up ways for the analysis, design, and optimization of new types of radiating structures for multifunctional radio electronic systems for various fields of application (in particular, military, industrial, and biomedical purposes). The main results of the second stage of the work are the solution of the boundary problems of electrodynamics and the creation of mathematical models for single and group slot radiators based on a circular and coaxial waveguide, including those with non-uniform dielectric filling. Multi-parameter studies were conducted to determine the physical features and regularities of the formation of electromagnetic fields and to control their main characteristics.
