The orientation of Reichardt's solvatochromic indicators in surfactant micelles, as well as 4-nitrophenol acetate and palmitate in calix[4]arene aggregates, was determined. The pK a of a series of nitrofluoresceins in DMSO was determined and the tautomeric equilibrium of the anions of these dyes was considered. 3'-nitrofluorescein and 3'-aminofluorescein were synthesized, identified and characterized for the first time. It is shown that the main management factor in the case of a regular array of frustrated small clusters is ensuring the optimal degree of substrate coverage. Steady-state absorption, emission, and excitation spectra as well as time-resolved spectroscopic characteristics of 3-perylenecarbonitrile (PeCN) were synthesized and investigated. The study showed that PeCN has optimal characteristics for spectroscopic use, including as a sensitizing dye for SEBS. Using the method of molecular dynamic modeling, the influence of pH on the structural and dynamic characteristics of polymer nanoparticles based on silver nanoparticles and block copolymers of the PMMA20-b-PDMAEMA20 type was investigated. Based on the results of molecular dynamic modeling of the local structure around coumarin C153 in mixtures of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium terafluoroborate with propylene carbonate, the main patterns of behavior of these systems were established.
