The purpose of the work is to develop models of operating and efficiency of SS for ERS, OSS and SIC, and to study of the applicability of machine learning methods in the tasks of controlling and simulating the dynamics of SC. Research methods: information-analytical, theoretical mechanics, space flight mechanics, plasma physics, deep learning, optimisation, mathematical simulation, artificial intelligence (AI). The following results were obtained. The applied tasks of testing models to determine the requirements for the characteristics of small ERS satellites were set. An algorithm for preliminary choice of their orbits has been developed. The analytical models of changes in the orbit's parameters were developed. The dynamics models and temperature change models of the electrodynamic tether SS with a thermoelectronic tether coating were developed. The parameters of a model based on convolutional neural networks designed to determine disturbances during the noncontact effects of a servicer SC on space debris object were optimised. An algorithm to determine the pose of an orbital service object was developed. Mathematical models of the operating of the SS for industrial service maintenance, optimisation models for the synthesis of its orbital structure, and operational planning of services were developed. Modules of a mathematical model of the operating of the SIC have been developed. The problem of optimising the parameters of the SIC was formulated. An information model of the functioning of autonomous SS using AI methods was developed. The state of development of space communication systems and transport SS was revealed.
