It was found that when sealing the building envelope, an important issue is the organization of proper and rational air exchange of premises due to the introduction of new ventilation schemes and automated management of engineering systems as a whole. A number of schemes of ventilation systems with a portion of renewable energy using recuperators are proposed. An important issue when choosing an effective scheme of the ventilation system is a detailed analysis of the operation of the heating system and energy sources. Algorithms for mode control are proposed in order to maintain the microclimate and minimize costs. The work also formulated a mathematical model of the process of heat carrier temperature change in air heating systems of supply ventilation systems when using two-position regulation of the system's heat load.
