The purpose of the work is to increase the accuracy of determining the residual resource of building structures after force-deformation and high-temperature effects.Research methods — non-destructive methods of determining the physical and mechanical properties of structural elements, mathematical modeling of the behavior of structural elements under the influence of fire and mechanical loads, methods of statistical analysis and forecasting, methods of planning experiments, scientific generalization and systematization, analysis of the requirements of regulatory documents regarding the fire resistance of building structures .Methods for assessing the technical condition of buildings and structures under force, deformation and high-temperature influences have been developed. Non-destructive methods of researching the technical condition of buildings and structures have been developed. The methods of preliminary assessment of the fire protection ability of coatings of steel structures by the calculation-experimental method in the conditions of fire exposure under the temperature regime of a hydrocarbon fire have been determined. A hardware complex for modeling and forecasting the technical condition of buildings and structures is proposed.
