The study aims to develop theoretical and methodological support and modern economic and mathematical tools for forming a financial policy strategy to ensure financial stability, increase the national economy's competitiveness, and restore economic growth in Ukraine. Research methods: general scientific theoretical and empirical methods, such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, observation, comparison, analogy, abstraction, and generalization, as well as special scientific methods - system dynamic modeling and econometric methods. Research results and their novelty: systematization of theoretical-methodological provisions and economic-mathematical tools for modeling, forecasting, and regulating macroeconomic dynamics in conditions of increased external and internal risks. The developed original macroeconomic models and reasonable approaches to balancing state regulatory instruments are a strong analytical basis for developing a balanced and coordinated financial policy to achieve macroeconomic stabilization and ensure sustainable economic growth in Ukraine. Effectiveness of implementation: the main provisions and results of scientific research are partially taken into account in the Academy of Public-Private Partnership activities. In particular, as part of an analytical study on the prospects of achieving the national Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine, the results of forecasting and regulation of macroeconomic dynamics in conditions of increased external and internal risks were used according to the developed original economic and mathematical toolkit.
