The flows of heat, moisture and carbon dioxide between the vegetation cover of the Earth's surface and the atmosphere are simulated by calculating the internal boundary layer with a given thickness of the flow displacement. Calculations of the coefficient of heat transfer (Stanton number), transpiration and carbon dioxide flows were carried out for the real average daily weather data of the area where the plant massif is located. A good agreement between the calculated and measured values was obtained, in particular the speed of the air flow above the canopy of the plant cover, the rate of evaporation.
