In order to achieve this goal, a number of works were performed, namely: a new high-performance technological process of powder tape surfacing of sheet structures was developed; the influence of the technological parameters of surfacing with electrode materials on the formation of the surfacing layer was investigated; compositions of powder tapes for surfacing wear-resistant metal in conditions of abrasive and gas-abrasive types of wear were developed; the wear resistance of the deposited layer for different types of wear was investigated; a technological process for the production of new electrode materials was developed. The new technological process of surfacing involves supplying two electrode materials in the form of powder strips to the arc burning zone by two independent feeding mechanisms. At the same time, the larger tape was used as a regular electrode, and the smaller tape was used as an additive. The new surfacing technology makes it possible to reduce the depth of penetration and the fate of the base metal by approximately 2 times and reduce the consumption of electrical energy by 35%. A technological instruction was developed for the new technological process for its industrial application. A technical task for the design of new equipment for the implementation of the new technology has also been developed. The development of new electrode materials of the 350X15R type was based on the additional doping of the wear-resistant carbidochrome alloy with boron. A project of technical documentation has been developed for new, more economically alloyed powder tapes. A research and industrial batch of electrode materials was produced The main goal of this work was to create new electrode materials and technology of automatic electric arc high-performance surfacing of sh Product Description popup.authors Bilyj Oleksandr Ivanovich Baranovsky Oleksandr Voronchuk Oleksandr P Dzikovich Lyubov Kochura Vadim Melʹnyk Lyudmila Petrov Alexei Petrov Victor Roslyakov Oleksandr Fedosenko Volodymyr popup.nrat_date 2024-01-16 Close
