Intravenous administration of Ig G for 20 months in HIV-positive patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis with a level of CD4+ <50 cl/μl, is associated with smear conversion in 84.6% of patients, disappering of focal and infiltrative changes in the lungs - in 53.8% of patients (p < 0.05), an increase in the content of CD4+ lymphocytes in the blood by 27.0%, compared to the control group; in addition, the level of recovery in the main group was 80.8% comparatively to 53.8% of patients in the control group (p<0.05).
