The aim of the work is to determine the main radiation-hygienic factors influencing the formation of radiation doses for the population of RCT in the Rivne region in 2023 and study their dynamics based on our own experimental studies in reference S in 2011–2023. Research methods include dosimetric (instrumental and computational), radiochemical, mathematical, and statistical methods. As a result of the conducted WBC monitoring of four S in the Rivne region - villages Stare Selo, Vezhytsia, Perehodychi, Drozdyn Starosilska AH of Sarny district, it was established that the annual effective radiation doses for the population in the surveyed S, formed by internal radiation doses, do not exceed 0.67 mSv·year-1 in adults and 0.44 mSv·year-1 in children, with the criterion for RCT being 1 mSv·year-1. The average annual internal radiation doses in the surveyed S range from 0.11 mSv·year-1 to 0.13 mSv·year-1 in adults and from 0.06 mSv·year-1 to 0.07 mSv·year-1 in children. The dynamics of average annual internal radiation doses, caused by the incorporation of radiocesium, of residents of the surveyed S during 2011–2023 indicate their further decrease. It is shown that the main factor influencing the internal radiation dose of residents in the surveyed S of the Rivne region is the intake of 137Cs into the body with milk from their own and local households and wild food, especially forest mushrooms, which traditionally constitute a significant part of the diet in the Rivne Polissia. The content of 137Cs in milk samples collected in private households exceeds the permissible level of the Hygienic Standard (HS) of 100 Bq∙kg-1 (up to 4 times), and in samples of forest mushrooms - exceeds the HS of 2500 Bq∙kg-1 (up to 10 times).
