Registration Date 16-01-2024 Organization Vinnytsia national technical university popup.description2  The object of the research is normal modes of local electric power systems (LES) based on renewable sources of electricity (RES). The subject of the study is the methods and means of forming the LES as a balancing group in the electric power system (EES) and in an autonomous state. The purpose of the work is to apply the principle of least action (PLA) as a mechanism of self-optimization and self-organization in Smart Grid technology for the automation of LES with renewable energy sources and elements that ensure its autonomy in the unified electric power system (UEES). Research methods - the principle of least action in the formulation of Hamilton-Ostrogradsky, as well as the generalizing methods of the theory of similarity and modeling, were used to analyze and solve the set problems. Matrix algebra, graph theory, decomposition, and object-oriented analysis were used to describe mathematical models and form computational algorithms. The possibility and expediency of using PLA in the optimal management of LES regimes is shown. Losses of active power and electricity are accepted as optimality criteria. The algorithm for determining the optimal state of the LES is given. The problem of balancing power and electricity in LES, in which the consumption of electricity and its generation by renewable energy sources are proportional to each other, has been studied. The structure of RES-based LES includes an energy storage system, the reserves of which are sufficient to compensate for the instability of generation and balancing of the regime. The method of harmonizing electricity generation and consumption schedules at the LES is also used at the expense of active consumers. The results of the SRW can be used by investors to form the LES as an element of the EES in such a way that they can operate autonomously in both normal and wartime states of the country. They can be used by project organizations, at the Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences Product Description popup.authors Valʹchuk Oleh O. Gunko Iryna O.
