The obtained scientific result of the work: Increasing the efficiency of the use of environmentally friendly technologies due to the use of gas engines in real operating conditions on traction and transport vehicles (TTV). The novelty of the obtained results: The concept of assessing the technical condition of functional systems of TTV converted to work on natural gas is proposed; calculation and functional modeling of elementary links of gas internal combustion engines developed a methodology for assessing their dynamic stability; based on the analysis of structural connections of multi-link functional systems of TTV, converted to work on natural gas, the main provisions of their synthesis were formed. The scientific level of the obtained results: Increasing the efficiency of operation of TTV, converted to work on natural gas, by using complex methods of diagnosing the functional systems of internal combustion engines, which allow to improve their technical, economic and environmental indicators.
