The optimal mathematical model for statistical evaluation of the amount of information on the dynamic properties of each biomedical indicator, depending on the level of the studied factor influence characterizing the selected physical characteristic of the fragment, was developed and the possibility of taking into account the characteristics of the physical impact of fragments on the dynamics of changes in time of biomedical indicators characterizing treatment and rehabilitation was proved. The compositions of ferro-ceramic materials were developed and optimized, and the influence of admissible additives on the operational properties of the compositions obtained in the promising area of the BaO - SrO - TiO2 system was studied. As a result of the studies, it was found that, according to their physical, mechanical, and technical characteristics, samples of ferro-ceramic materials of the developed compositions are promising for use as elements of the forming line of electromagnetic waves of high intensity.
