Designs of abrasive heads made of chromic corundum containing a ceramic bond have been developed for grinding strengthened and restored parts of aircraft engines. Designs of abrasive grinding wheels have been developed. Experimental groups of abrasive heads made of chromium electrocorundum and cylindrical, spherical and angular (45°) diamond heads were made for the processing of welded parts. Turning cutters, which do not resharpen and equipped with replaceable polyhedral cutting plates from PSHM, have been produced. Technical Standard for diamond-galvanized heads for manual electric machines (TU U 23.9-05417377-402:2023) for grinding special heat-resistant alloys has been created. 44 units of diamond-abrasive tools of various types for machining the restored parts of aircraft engines were manufactured and handed over to ТОВ «ЛРЗ «Мотор», their industrial testing was carried out. Application of the created tools to process parts welded with heat-resistant alloys ensured a 1.5 time increase in machining productivity with high quality and precision of the parts.
