The WRF mesoscale model was adapted for modeling the features of atmospheric circulation in the city of Kyiv with a spatial resolution of 2 km. The average absolute error of the surface wind speed calculation is 1.1 m/s, which indicates the high accuracy of the model; 2. The influence of parameterizations of the surface soil layer on the quality of modeling of atmospheric processes for the city of Kyiv was studied. It is shown that the parameterizations of NOAH and RUC better reproduce the dynamics of precipitation and snow during the cold season, while the parameterizations of CLM4 and PLXU allow to achieve better indicators of precipitation forecasting in the warm period of the year; 3. Modeling of the atmospheric distribution of radionuclides during fires in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone was carried out. The maximum concentrations caused by fires in populated areas of Ukraine were estimated. For the city of Kyiv, the effective dose from inhalation of combustion products is 5.4 10-7 mSv. 4. The developed method of modeling fluid flow in complex multi-connected river systems with arbitrary channel geometry and variable topography under different conditions of its irrigation/drainage was verified on numerous tests with known solutions and on the basis of observational data for real river systems. 5. A new model of assimilation of radionuclides by fish was developed, which takes into account the heterogeneity of the accumulation of pollution in the body and the dependence of the rate of metabolic processes on the weight of the fish. The calculated concentrations of radionuclides in fish are consistent with known laboratory and field measurements. The model can be used in emergency decision-making systems without the need to calibrate parameters for local marine environment conditions. 6. A long-term 10-year simul  Product Description popup.authors Bejenar Roman Vasylovych Brovchenko Igor Oleksandrovich Dontsov-Zagreba Timofey Oleksiyovych Kivva Sergey Leonidovych Kovalets Ivan Vasylovych Kovalets Catherine Ivanivna Maderich Volodymyr Stanislavovych Maystrenko Svetlana Ya.
