New trends and anti-crisis measures are considered in the context of the transformation of the tourism industry in the conditions of crisis and martial law; the current situation in the tourism industry during the war period was investigated; ways of its restoration and reduction of the negative impact of crisis phenomena on the tourism industry and all its components are proposed. The strategy of the development of tourism, hotel and restaurant spheres in the military and military period was studied; anti-crisis tools of management and marketing in the tourism industry regarding the restoration of the tourism industry were considered; psychological, rehabilitation and recreational aspects of recovery of war victims are determined; informational and business components of post-military development. Conceptual approaches and practical recommendations regarding socio-psychological aspects of implementation of public marketing mechanisms in the field of tourism and hotel and restaurant industry are considered; technological and organizational aspects of management of tourism industry enterprises; reputation management of tourism industry enterprises; personnel management at enterprises of the tourism industry.
