The use of granulation makes it possible to increase the energy and protein nutrition of compound feed due to concentration of the main nutrients in dry matter of granulated compound feed. During the 90 days of the main period of the experiment, the average daily gains were higher in the young pigs of the second experimental group that received the BTU probiotic in the amount of 400 g per ton of compound feed, by 51 g, or 9.7%, in the young pigs of the third experimental group that received the subtiform probiotic in the amount of 400 g per ton of compound feed – by 71 g, or by 13.6%. The difference is statistically significant (Р<0.05, Р<0.01). The use of probiotic preparations in the composition of granulated compound feeds helps to increase the productivity of young pigs by 9.7-13.6% and reduce feed costs by 0.15-0.25 of energy feed units. Based on the results of a scientific and economic experiment on the use of complete compound feed with pre- and probiotic properties for young pigs, which was carried out in the conditions of a modular farm of the Institute of Feed Research and Agriculture of Podillia of NAAS recommendations “Technology for the production of complete compound feed with pre- and probiotic properties for agricultural animals” have been developed.
