The purpose of the work is to develop a complex of energy-efficient and resource-saving equipment and promising technologies for feeding farm animals in the agricultural production complex of AIC of Ukraine. A system of block-portion hydraulic drives for the separator has been created, and rational values of its parameters have been justified, corresponding to the stable operation of the system. An experimental-industrial sample of a vibrodisk crusher has been developed, and its operational parameters have been justified. The influence of the probiotic additive "Entero-active" on productivity, metabolism, and the quality of livestock production has been established. Feeding this probiotic allows reducing the cost of 1 kg of growth within the range of 5 to 17%, depending on the species and age group of animals. As a result of the research, a mathematical model of the heat transfer process in a three-tube recuperator has been developed, allowing the determination of the temperature distribution of air flows along its length and its thermal power. Optimal values of design and technological parameters have been justified, and an experimental sample of a heat exchanger has been developed. The obtained results have significant economic importance for ensuring the energy efficiency and resource savings of structural elements in the production processes of the livestock industry in the AIC of Ukraine.
