N. Sokolovsky» popup.description2 The object of the study is the soils of individual land plots, farms and territorial communities in the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine and methods for monitoring their qualitative state of fertility. The purpose of the work is improving the scientific and methodological support for monitoring the state of soils and their fertility on agricultural lands, taking into account the new land-legal relations arising from the introduction of the land market and territorial and administrative reform (decentralization) in Ukraine. Research methods - the research was conducted by summarizing literature, stock, patent and experimental materials, soil, agrochemical and soil-geochemical field research. The theoretical results were analyzed and the materials for adapting the established methods of soil condition control to the new realities of land use were summarized. Practical results - the principles of methodical requirements for obtaining information on the state of soils and its further processing were developed; a working algorithm of actions to control the condition of the soil in each of the foreseen areas was drawn up. Novelty - scientific and methodological support for monitoring the state of soils and their fertility on farm lands has been developed, taking into account the new land-legal relations, at the level of local territorial communities, as well as for conducting expert research. Effectiveness of implementation - reduction of expensive direct methods of control to low-budget predictive models available to a wide range of consumers; obtaining possible additional income and attracting green credits up to $20 per 1 ha. The results of the work were approved in the Valkiv territorial community of the Bogodukhiv district of the Kharkiv region and in the NGO "Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of the Kharkiv Region". The field of application is agriculture. Product Description popup.authors Akimova Raisa V. Burlakova Lidiia M. Volosheniuk Olesiia Gvozdik Venera B. Hladkikh Yevheniia Yu. Zvonar Anastasiya M.
