The goal of the first stage of the work is the development and implementation of a complex of energy-efficient equipment and technologies for obtaining high-protein feed. Research methods include numerical modeling, parametric synthesis, and optimization of technical systems using the basic principles of classical mechanics, vibrational grinding, gas dynamics, models of discrete elements, multiphase interaction, and laws of hydro-pneumodynamics. Modeling and processing of the results of theoretical research were carried out using the STAR-CCM+ and Mathematica software packages. A technological block diagram of the energy-efficient and resource-saving process of producing high-nutrient protein-vitamin paste has been developed, as well as a schematic and mathematical model of the drying process of products from the fractionation of leguminous plants. For the implementation of the vibration grinding process of concentrated feeds, a schematic and mathematical model of the functioning of an adaptive vibration mill has been developed. A physical model of heat and mass exchange equipment for drying products from the fractionation of leguminous plants and an experimental sample of an adaptive vibration mill have been manufactured. The obtained results will contribute to the increase of energy and resource efficiency in the production of quality livestock products, laying the groundwork for the implementation of the "From Farm to Table" strategy within the framework of the European Green Deal.
