Results of the work: The influence of Zr and Nd within selected limits on the structure and properties of magnesium alloys was studied and analyzed. A model of requirements for the testing process of biocompatible materials has been developed. The optimal chemical composition of the alloy, which provides the maximum set of mechanical properties, was calculated: Zr - 1.2...1.3%, Nd - 3.1...3.2%, Zn - 0.5...0.7%. The dependences of the influence of temperature, degree and rate of deformation on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the structural components of magnesium alloys were obtained. Optimal modes of magnesium alloy deformation technology for obtaining high-quality metal have been developed. A trial batch of malleolar screws was manufactured at the production facilities of JSC "MOTOR SICH" from the developed bio-soluble magnesium-based alloy. As a result of an experimental morphological study, it was established that the use of fixators made of the developed magnesium-based alloy for osteosynthesis of fractures did not disrupt the processes of reparative regeneration of bone tissue. The results of observation of patients showed that the biosolubility of experimental malleolar screws was not accompanied by clinical manifestations and complications, and also did not affect the healing time of soft tissues and the formation of bone callus in the fracture zone. A computer program designed to collect, store, process and display the results of tests of biosoluble magnesium alloys for effective monitoring of the condition of biosoluble experimental samples due to the possibility of obtaining and processing information both in real time and from various external heterogeneous data sources has been developed.
