The object of the study is the processes of thickening and desliming of iron ore beneficiation products in the conditions of the technological line of the ore beneficiation factory. The subject of the study is the energy-technological effects of high-energy ultrasound and magnetic field on iron-containing beneficiation products in the technological processes of thickening and desliming. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of the processes of thickening and desliming of iron ore enrichment products and the quality of magnetite concentrates through the spatial influence of the dynamic effects of controlled high-energy ultrasound and magnetic field on particles of the solid phase of the ore suspension in the input product of the deslimer, which allows cleaning the surfaces of ore particles and disintegrating their unwanted floc formations. and also to estimate the displacement of crushed ore particles of a certain mass and, accordingly, the change in the fractional composition of the solid phase of the ore suspension under the influence of these factors for controlled magnetic flocculation and the formation of other controlling influences. An important element in the chain of the technological process of obtaining iron ore concentrate at mining and beneficiation enterprises is gravity hydraulic beneficiation in deslammers, the use of which, depending on the beneficiation stage, allows to increase the mass fraction of total iron in the concentrated product by 0.5-3.5%.
