Bakul Institute of superhard material of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  It is shown that the use of cold plastic deformation (deforming drawing) for the formation of stress concentrators on the inner surface of tubular products allows to effective control of residual plasticity of local volumes of the product. When forming grooves in products made of structural steels, the plastic deformation in local volumes adjacent to the fracture points of the groove contour can reach significant values (up to e = 7). The greatest exhaustion of the plasticity within the walls of the tubular products occurs if an indenter with a sharpening angle of 20-40° and the minimum size of the base section of the trapezoidal tools is used. A liquid technological anti-friction lubricant based on an organic component, structured with nanoparticles of organosilanes, has been developed, which allows to avoid adhesion under high normal and tangential stresses in the zone of contact interaction between the tool and the processed product. It was established that no chemical or physical destruction of the organic chains in the lubricant occurs. However, there is a redistribution of hydrogen bonds in its structure and physical bonds with the filler, as well as an increase in the number of bonds responsible for adhesion to the metal surface. Thus, the addition of a nanostructured component contributes to the strengthening of the anti-friction and shielding properties of the lubricant and provides more effective machining of the internal surfaces of complex profile of structural steel parts.
