At the same time, it is necessary to solve not only a number of constructive and technological issues when designing new reactors for the synthesis of nanostructures for 3D-printing, but also to study the physical and chemical properties and performance characteristics of already finished products. Main results of the project: ●Synthesized carbon nanostructures of various modifications using various methods (plasmochemical synthesis in a gaseous environment, pyrrolytic method, plasmachemical synthesis in a liquid environment, etc.) for their use in creating composite 3D-products; ●A synthesized mixture of C60 and C70 fullerenes using the EGSP grade of graphite as a filler for liquid polymers for 3D-printing; ●Synthesized by the pyrolytic method directly onto spiral carbon nanostructures, which will make it possible to create cheap consumables for 3D-printing; ●Studied synthesis of СNS for 3D-printing in parallel by two methods (arc discharge in a liquid medium and in a gas medium), which made it possible to analyze the influence of temperature and cooling rate on the morphology of the synthesized particles; ●Synthesized СNS for 3D-printing by three synthesis methods (electric arc discharge in a liquid medium, electric arc discharge in a gas medium and pyrolytic method). ●Primary data and a set of obtained results were processed, which made it possible to propose a generalizing model of the sequence of transformations that the initial carbon-containing reagents undergo during the formation of nanostructural modifications of carbon.
