The goal of the second stage of work is to improve the technology for the production of biodiesel fuel and develop technical and technological support to increase the efficiency and environmental friendliness of its further use. Research methods - modern and improved methods of dynamic and mathematical modeling of the technology being developed using the provisions and equations of mechanics, hydraulics, metrology and rheology of wet dispersed media, differential equations of motion, energy and cost balances were used. A design of a vibrating shearing machine has been proposed, which can be used in the preparation of oilseed grains for processing into biodiesel fuel. Based on the results of computer simulation, ways to optimize the design of paddle liquid mixers were identified, which will improve the efficiency of the esterification process in the production of biodiesel fuel, reduce energy costs and improve product quality. Research confirms that developed turbulence is achieved with a blade diameter of 0.015 m, however, to ensure stable operation and mixing intensity, it is advisable to use a blade with a diameter of 0.055 m. An intelligent diesel engine power system with a filter mixer has also been developed, allowing for the dosage of diesel engine required in accordance with the load - speed modes proportions. The results obtained are of great economic importance for the formation of the country's environmental and energy security, ensuring the energy autonomy of the agricultural sector and the environmentally efficient use of agrobiomass for the production of biofuels.
