The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of strategic management of logistics outsourcing development projects based on the development of scientific and methodological principles of project-oriented management of the interconnected stages of the formation and implementation of the organizational strategy of logistics outsourcing - as a developing strategy - in the context of presenting this strategy as a sequence of potentially possible basic phases of development, the transition between which and changes in which are interpreted as an organizational experiment that can be implemented in the form of a project.
