The mutual influence of the rate of production of point defects and temperature on the concentration profiles of the alloy components was studied. The equilibrium of two rigidly connected elastic half-planes made of different materials, at the border of which a semi-infinite thin rigid inclusion is placed, was investigated. The size of the contact region of the crack banks, stress distributions at the boundary of the separation of half-planes, stress intensity coefficients were found. Numerical modeling of the process of vacancy and interstitial defect clustering was carried out for some alloys used in reactor designs. Using the created PALS digital spectrometer with a closed positron source, the positron lifetime spectrum was measured by the γγ-coincidence method and the obtained spectra were analyzed. The parameters of the time resolution hardware function for the spectrometer are obtained and the positron lifetime constants are shown to agree with theoretical predictions.
