The purpose of the work is to develop methods to estimate the residual resource of space rocket launch facilities, taking into account previous operation. Development of methods to determine the stress-strain state of energy shell structures, taking into account the influence of existing imperfections. Research methods include theories of reliability, applied probability theory, mechanics of material destruction, method of deformable solids mechanics, statics and dynamics of thin-walled structures, construction mechanics, computational mathematics. Based on the kinetic theory, a probabilistic model of the long-term strength of structural materials used in rocket and space technology has been developed. The main stages of constructing a model of a vertical steel tank have been considered; the geometric parameters of the tank have been defined; a geometric model of a vertical steel tank has been created. Evaluation methods and approaches to increase the residual resource of complex technical systems, in particular launcher complexes of launch vehicles, taking into account previous operation, have been developed. Methods of the stress-strain state of energy shell constructions have been developed, taking into account the influence of existing imperfections. The field of application is design, production and operation of technical systems in rocket and space technology, energy, mechanical engineering. The results of the work obtained at this stage will be used at the next stage in the development of methods to substantiate the reliability of launch facilities of space launch vehicles during operation; numerical study of the effect of existing imperfections on the stress-strain state of energy shell structures based on the developed methods.
