The subject of research is methods of intensification of the regenerative capacity of graft components and physiological-biochemical, anatomical and biometric indicators of leaves, shoots and roots of grafts, grafted seedlings and grape microclones. The purpose of the work is to establish the general regularities of the regeneration-restorative processes of grafts and microclones of varieties, forms and clones of grapes of new selection after wounding of peripheral tissues and the influence of biotic and abiotic factors on their regenerative capacity (based on the analysis of literary sources) and to determine the peculiarities of the course of regeneration processes in " adhesions" of grape scions and morphogenesis of secondary roots of scions and grape microclones. The main regularities of regeneration processes in the "glue" of grape cuttings and in the cultivation of microclones have been established. Peculiarities of the course of morphogenesis of adventitious roots of scions and grape microclones were studied.
