The purpose of the work: to investigate patterns of spatial distribution of soil fertility elements and develop methodical recommendations for optimization of their use. Research methods: field, camera, information-bibliographic, analytical, abstract-logical and cartographic. Theoretical results - the main regularities of the fertility distribution of eroded soils were established depending on the value of the topographic factor, which makes it possible to make an effective forecast of their distribution based on the parameterization of slope processes. Practical results - regularities of the spatial distribution of fertility elements in soils of erosion-prone lands have been established based on the results of field research and mathematical modeling. It was established that for all soils of the experimental area, the values of the organic carbon content in the soil coincide with the growth of the topographic factor. All soils of the site are characterized by an increase in soil moisture with depth. A decrease in moisture content with an increase in potential soil losses was noted for all investigated soil layers. The difference is significant and should be taken into account as a limiting factor when drawing up a site fertilization plan and adjusting the rate of crop sowing. Methodological recommendations "Regularity of spatial distribution of fertility elements in soils of erosion-prone lands for optimization of their use" have been concluded. Approbation of the results was carried out at the SE SE "Hrakivske" NSC ISSAR. Novelty - for the first time in Ukraine, the use of mathematical erosion models for optimization is proposed moisture supply of agricultural crops. The effectiveness of the implementation will consist in the optimization of agrotechnical and agrochemical measures, the norms of sowing agricultural crops. Field of application - agriculture.
