Research subject - theoretical and methodological principles, as well as practical aspects of applying a programmatic approach to enhance the efficiency of asset management in the territorial community. The aim of the work is to develop a program to improve the efficiency of asset management in the Polyanska territorial community. Research methods include comparative and systemic-structural analysis, systematization and generalization, structural-logical, deduction and induction, graphical methods. The implementation of the proposed methodological and practical recommendations will enhance the efficiency of asset management in the territorial community and, based on this, form the basis for strengthening its ability to address urgent tasks of life and development. The scientific novelty of the proposed measures lies in the formulation of methodological recommendations and approaches to improve asset management in the territorial community.
