The purpose of the work is to establish effective ways of intensifying the regenerative capacity of grapevine microclones and grafts and to apply them in the technology of production of planting material of high planting categories. Research methods are physiological, biochemical, biometric, anatomical and dispersion analysis. The main methods of intensification of regeneration processes of grape cuttings and cultivation of microclones were studied. The effectiveness of the applied methods, means, and methods of intensification of the regenerative capacity of grape scions and microclones has been established.
