One of the effective methods of leptospirosis antigen concentration by centrifugation of the bacterial mass (growth medium with leptospires) at 14,000 rpm for 20 minutes was determined for further experimental research. This regime does not lead to the destruction of pathogenic leptospires and preserves the integrity of their structure. The proposed method of producing a vaccine against leptospirosis was significantly inferior in terms of immunogenicity to the traditional method using a 70% solution of PEG 1500.
